한 줌의 흙과 충분한 일조량, 적당한 물만 있다면 우리 손으로 건강한 음식을 만들어 먹을 수 있어요. 자연에서 얻어지는 채소를 활용해 음식의 가장 첫 단계에서부터 시작하고자 해요. 채식이 처음이어도 괜찮아요. 건강한 삶을 위해 하루 한 끼 채소로 식탁을 채워보는 것, 그것만으로도 충분하답니다. 채식을 통해 우리가 미처 깨닫지 못했던 채소의 섬세한 맛을 느끼고, 나아가 몸으로 느낄 수 있었으면 좋겠어요. 앞으로 제철 채소를 통해, 다채로운 계절의 맛을 소개할게요. A handful of soil with the right amount of sunlight and water, we can produce our own food. Yes, it is vegetable. Grown from the nature, vegetable is the fundamental of what we eat at a kitchen table. We wish you find the true taste of vegetables and experience it over head and ears.
